Contingent Pipeline Notice
This description represents a prospective position. Applications will populate our active talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming delivery order requests supporting the NC3 modernization enterprise in Albuquerque, NM.
Position Overview
Analyze program parameters to determine requirements while tracking program processes and logistical control. Analyze the impact or potential impact of missed or inadequate deliverables on broader program accomplishments. Develop and present comprehensive reports on analysis findings while drafting program documentation to support activities directed toward higher-level management. Review and track performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Process & Logistical Control: Analyze project schedules, task flows, and operational dependencies across active work strands.
Impact Modeling: Evaluate project risks, modeling the cascading effect of delayed metrics on prime contractor schedules.
Documentation & Briefs: Draft formal program status briefs, performance metric trackers, and documentation for prime leadership.
Specific Technical & NC3 Qualifications
Project Scheduling Platforms: Deep proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Open Plan.
Financial & Matrix Tracking: Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, including tracking EAC, ETC, and project utilization rates.
Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance.
