Contingent Pipeline Notice
This description represents a prospective position. Applications will populate our active talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming delivery order requests supporting the NC3 modernization enterprise in Albuquerque, NM.
Position Overview
Establish and satisfy complex system-wide information security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands. Support customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies. Apply expertise to government and commercial common user systems, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures (such as command and control-related networks).

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Establish Enterprise Security: Design robust system-wide information security frameworks customized for strategic communications architecture.
Policy & Doctrine Support: Assist senior military and contractor teams with translating regulatory demands into active defense cyber procedures.
Special-Purpose Systems Protection: Harden dedicated networks, command and control (C2) environments, and secure cross-domain solutions (CDS).
Level 2 Specifics: Develop formal System Security Plans (SSPs), construct Authority to Operate (ATO) packages, and author strategic cyber policies.
Specific Technical & NC3 Qualifications
Framework Mastery: In-depth execution of Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST SP 800-53, and CNSSI 1253 protocols.
Certifications: Active DoD 8570 IAM Level II/III credential (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CAP).
Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret.
