Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzes supply chain performance, validates and aggregates enterprise data, identifies trends, and recommends improvements. Monitors gaps in metrics, assesses operational data, and briefs leadership. Supports strategic planning by developing guidance, applying knowledge of Army supply operations, and coordinating with senior leaders. Drafts policies, develops courses of action, and aligns budgets and requirements across AMC (Army Material Command).. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).

- Provides authoritative analysis of AMC supply chain performance, validates enterprise data, identifies trends and root causes, and recommends improvements.
- Maintains and evaluates supply chain metrics, analyzes operational and statistical data, and reports findings to leadership.
- Coordinates planning and requirements with LCMCs, DA, and DoD; consolidates budgets; monitors funding execution; and develops guidance when existing standards are insufficient.
- Develops courses of action and drafts updates to supply chain policies, processes, and functional guidance to enhance enterprise effectiveness.
