You will be the Items Analyst for the Inventory Management Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring inventory sufficiency, managing asset positions, and supporting mission readiness.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Items Analyst you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end flow of goods, services, and information to meet mission requirements and customer objectives.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assure inventory sufficiency throughout the system life-cycle.
• Manage asset positions across suppliers, repair facilities, 3PLs, and customer sites.
• Interpret priorities, allocate inventory, and redistribute assets as needed.
• Interface with DoD and company information systems to track and report status.
• Prepare metrics and reports on supplier performance and mission readiness.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience supporting logistics, supply, inventory management, material processing, or related operations.
• Experience reviewing operational data, metrics, or status information and identifying trends.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, or status briefings.
• Experience operating a forklift or other material-handling equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance.

• Ability to interpret reports, analyze data, and identify trends or potential areas of concern.
• Experience interacting with program management, functional leadership, customers, suppliers, or other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Information technology skills sufficient to develop basic software routines, scripts, databases, macros, or automated tools used for data compilation, trend analysis, graphical presentations, and report generation.
• Experience developing or improving processes used for logistics, material management, inventory control, or operational reporting.
• Prior military experience with a logistics, supply, maintenance, transportation, or related background.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and/or Project.
• Experience communicating with internal and/or external customers in a professional environment.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $53900.00 - $100100.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
