GRVTY is seeking a

hands-on Program Manager to lead delivery for a U.S. government customer's Commercial Analytic Service program covering Radio Frequency (RF) analytics

This program delivers analytics and integration from commercially collected RF data to the government on firm contractual timelines measured in days and hours.

You'll own delivery across 10 contractual due-outs, teaming partners, government acceptance, and cure processes-

while staying close to the data pipeline to make real-time integration decisions .

As the

primary interface to the government's Contracting Officer and COR , you'll connect GRVTY engineering, data, security, and subcontracts with partner companies to keep delivery on track and mission focused.

What You'll Be Owning

• Own the delivery calendar against clocks measured in days.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for the government Contracting Officer and COR; put anything that moves a due date, an endpoint, or an acceptance criterion in writing before the date passes, not after
• Drive data-provider integration end to end - API credentials, rate limits, interface documentation, mapping provider schemas to one common detection schema, reconciling geolocations across independent sources, and the write path to the government's endpoint, region, and credential model
• Work with contracts to convert teaming agreements into commercial instruments that hold: term sheets carrying the latency figures the proposal states, binding data-sharing agreements after award
• Manage data rights and licensing exposure
• Run the acceptance and deficiency process under the contract's quality clause
• Manage per-order scope on a vehicle where delivery orders set the area of interest and the analytic focus and neither is capped - triage each order, price the collection and tasking exposure, and escalate trade-offs before acceptance
• Work with partners to size and staff the human-in-the-loop review line against a sustained 24-hour refresh obligation, and set the auto-publish threshold that keeps it viable at volume
• Own the classified path across all performers
• Manage cost and schedule performance, maintain the risk register, run the monthly status and program management review cadence, and quality-control every contract deliverable before it reaches the government
• Support order growth, change proposals, and ROM development as the program scales

What You Must Have

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years managing government services, data delivery, or analytic production programs as a PM, deputy PM, or technical lead
• Prior support to NGA, NRO, or other national geospatial, commercial imagery, or commercial RF programs
• Familiarity with RF geolocation and signal characterization, or with maritime domain awareness and AIS fusion
• Demonstrated ownership of cost, schedule, subcontracts, risk, and contract deliverable performance on a government contract
• Experience delivering against firm acceptance criteria and a formal deficiency and cure process, including written correspondence with a Contracting Officer
• Experience managing subcontractors or vendors who supply a product or a data feed rather than labor - negotiating access, latency, and redistribution terms, not headcount
• Familiarity with FAR Part 12 commercial item acquisition, including the order of precedence that governs when the clause and the statement of work disagree
• Working fluency in data integration and cloud delivery - APIs, schema mapping, object storage, and enough depth to run a technical discussion and challenge an estimate
• Strong written communication; able to produce customer-ready deliverables and Contracting Officer correspondence without a rewrite
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, short clocks, and shifting priorities

What Would Be Nice to Have

• PMP certification
• Experience with cross-domain solutions and with delivery across both classified and unclassified enclaves
• Experience with commercial data licensing, redistribution rights, and export-control determinations on foreign-origin data
• Experience standing up a human-in-the-loop production line against a sustained refresh obligation

The pay range for this is $160,000.00 to $200,000.00.
