  • Manage security incidents and potential violations, including investigating, documenting, reporting, and coordinating corrective actions as required.
  • Maintain security documentation and compliance records, including required government systems, security plans, procedures, logs, reports, and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate with government security organizations and representatives, including Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), COMSEC authorities, government customers, and other applicable agencies.
  • Support security inspections, audits, and assessments, ensuring the organization is prepared and that identified deficiencies are appropriately addressed and documented.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Working knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and applicable NISPOM requirements.
  • Experience handling, safeguarding, and maintaining accountability for classified information and/or COMSEC material.
  • Familiarity with personnel security and security-clearance processes.
  • Experience with classified-area and physical-security requirements.
  • Strong understanding of security procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to maintain highly accurate records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment regarding security matters.
