i3 is seeking a Mid Level Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Army DEVCOM Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC) Air/Ground Integration and Interoperability Lab (AGIIL) in Huntsville, AL. AGIIL is a fast-paced, rapid prototyping and systems integration laboratory supporting a diverse range of Department of War customers and mission areas. The selected candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams to translate operational and customer needs into technical requirements and practical hardware and software engineering solutions. You will apply a comprehensive understanding of Systems Engineering principles to identify and resolve technical challenges, manage system requirements, and ensure successful integration of complex systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience with hardware and software integration and testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Active Secret clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes.
- Familiarity with Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC) missions and systems.
- Knowledge of rapid prototyping and systems integration techniques.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
