Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical aerospace maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and aerospace components
• Fabricate and install structural components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify cracks, corrosion, and other defects
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop repair procedures
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance
• Proficiency in welding, sheet metal work, and composite repair techniques
• Knowledge of FAA and DoD maintenance regulations
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with composite materials and advanced composite repair techniques
• Knowledge of aircraft electrical and mechanical systems
• Previous experience working on military aircraft
