Additional information
- Provides financial management expertise, technical advice, and leadership in performing a broad range of financial management planning and for a complex program having extensive program relationships with other programs, funding requirements, etc.
- Formulates establishment and implementation of financial management policies, instructions, and procedures on all matters relating to programming, cost, budgeting, funding, forecasting, and status of funds.
- Is responsible for all aspects of the formulation, development, and execution of budgets, financial plans, and multi-year programs to properly fund and meet program resource requirements.
- Provides advice, assistance, and guidance on budgeting, cost estimating and financial management related information.
- Conducts analysis, reviews, and special studies of financial management and/or cost information.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
- Temporary duty travel (TDY) may be required 10% or less of the time.
