Position Summary

Credence is seeking a Unaccompanied Alien Children Facilities Program Specialist to support facility monitoring, compliance, assessment, and operational oversight activities. This role is responsible for coordinating facility inspections, reviewing documentation, evaluating compliance with building and safety standards, tracking corrective actions, and supporting facility-related monitoring initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with program staff, facility operators, and stakeholders to assess facility conditions, identify risks, monitor corrective actions, and develop analytical products that support informed decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate facility operations against established standards and requirements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
  • Support the scheduling, coordination, and documentation of facility inspections and assessments.
  • Review facility inspection reports, supporting documentation, and assessment materials for accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluate facility conditions and operations for consistency with applicable building codes, life safety codes, and industry standards.
  • Monitor facility-related compliance activities and identify potential risks, issues, or deficiencies.
  • Assist with tracking, monitoring, and documenting corrective actions resulting from facility inspections and assessments.
  • Conduct document reviews and prepare technical summaries, findings, and briefing materials.
  • Analyze facility inspection data and operational information to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support facility safety, compliance, and operational objectives.
  • Provide consultation and technical support related to facility monitoring and assessment activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking systems related to inspections and corrective actions.
  • Support the development of reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Participate in site visits and facility assessments as required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience supporting facilities management, facility inspections, compliance monitoring, building operations, safety programs, construction oversight, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting facility inspections, assessments, or compliance reviews.
  • Experience reviewing facility documentation, reports, corrective action plans, and supporting records.
  • Knowledge of facility operations, building systems, life safety requirements, and facility management principles.
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, inspection processes, and compliance monitoring activities.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, identify trends and risks, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience tracking and monitoring corrective actions resulting from inspections, assessments, or audits.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience preparing reports, summaries, findings, and briefing materials.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
