Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Database Developer/Programmer to support NIWC Pacific Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and the NIWC Pacific Comptroller Department in San Diego, CA.

Full-Time Salary Range: $135k-$150k++

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Job Description :
The scope of this effort is to obtain project management and technical support services required to assist the Business Systems Branch (82500) and the Financial Systems Branch (11500) with carrying out its duties and responsibilities to develop and sustain Navy ERP, Business Intelligence system, Business Applications system, and Automation tools.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's level degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science.
- 3-7+ years of professional experience in computer design, software development or computer networks.
- Mastery of PL/SQL, Transact-SQL, and JSON for Oracle and enterprise databases.
- Proven track record designing data models (tables, views, indices) and building/maintaining 100+ PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions.
- Experience with data ingestion using External Data Load (EDL) and SFTP, as well as developing RESTful API software endpoints in Python and Java.
- IAT Level II required (Must hold at least one baseline industry certification, such as CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, CySA+, or GSEC.)
Security Clearance :
- Must have a Secret clearance (min.)
