Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Serve as Technical Task Order Lead and Scrum Master directing multidisciplinary agile development and systems engineering teams.
• Oversee system architecture, requirements elicitation, cross-discipline integration, and comprehensive system testing.
• Utilize AWS cloud technologies, manage technical risks, conduct trade analyses, and maintain program documentation.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $335k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Serve as primary systems engineering lead, providing architectural direction, design, integration, and execution oversight.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master, eliminating impediments and maintaining efficient workflows.
• Implement and support AWS cloud architectures, migrations, and hands-on configurations.
• Ensure seamless cross-discipline integration across engineering threads to meet mission requirements.
• Perform end-to-end system trade analyses, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), and configuration management.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor performance using earned value management metrics.
• Brief program leadership on technical progress, milestones, system health, and deliverables.
• Mentor engineering team members and oversee resource allocation, onboarding, and reporting standards.
