Job Description:
As an Oracle Stakeholder Engagement Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead throughout a major Oracle ERP and EPM transformation. Your primary focus will be on preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all change management activities, including stakeholder analyses, communication materials, training content, readiness assessments, and sustainment plans. You will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, facilitating journey management, and ensuring that all communications/engagement sessions are tailored to the needs of diverse stakeholder groups. Your work will directly contribute to the success of the transformation by fostering engagement, driving adoption, and supporting the organization through each phase of change.
In this position you will leverage your expertise in change impact analysis, content development, and change analytics to deliver actionable insights and high-quality deliverables. Exposure to Oracle Cloud, as well as experience with ERP implementations, particularly in Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain Management will be highly beneficial. You will also participate in post-implementation reviews, providing recommendations for long-term sustainment and continuous improvement. Success in this role will be enhanced by your ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, create compelling communications, and support the ongoing evolution of change management practices within a dynamic project landscape.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the OCM lead in preparing and maintaining documentation related to change management activities for Oracle ERP and EPM transformations.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to identify and address areas of concern.
- Create and deliver communication materials, training content, and sustainment plans using Microsoft Office tools.
- Support journey management and change analytics to monitor progress and effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Assist in post-implementation reviews and provide recommendations for long-term sustainment and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of change management activities and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools to expedite delivery.
