RenXTech is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) who will support the Program Manager (PM) with the planning, organizing, directing and controlling of activities onsite with the client in McLean, VA. The DPM will support the PM with staffing personnel management, and quality assurance of program performance to meet the scope requirements of the program. The DPM has full authority to act and manage all program matters in the event the PM is not available.

Target salary range: $180,000 - $215,000

Qualifications
- Ten years of demonstrated Intelligence analysis or targeting experience, including expert knowledge of the Intelligence Community, intelligence operations, and the intelligence cycle.
- Five years demonstrated experience (in relevant industry and/or field)
- Five years demonstrated experience managing and directing Intelligence professionals in various aspects within the intelligence cycle (e.g., monitoring, sorting, prioritization, and analysis of intelligence and operational message traffic).
- Demonstrated experience preparing, reviewing, and meeting contract deliverable requirements.
- Possess ISSA/TS clearance, or be crossover eligible, at time of contract proposal.
- Previous experience supporting Watchlisting procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Demonstrated knowledge of TIDE and a Watchlisting Application
- Demonstrated experience within the Agency or IC Counterterrorism mission
- Demonstrated experience with Agency or IC Counterterrorism Program procedures and guidelines
- Experience in collecting, writing, and communicating technical requirements
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite of Services
- PMP and/or DAWIA PM Certification
