Top Requirements:
- 10+ years of engineering experience with DoD systems
- Strong knowledge of Acquisition Systems Engineering processes (requirements development, traceability, system evaluation)
- Expertise in signal processing and analysis
- Ability to analyze customer capabilities and develop technical requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Signal processing design and implementation
- DevSecOps methodologies
- Acoustic systems expertise
- Experience with Systems Engineering for DoD projects
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Technical documentation development
- Certifications such as ASEP, CSEP, or INCOSE
