Job Description:
Owns device management/metering workstream readiness across device configuration, meter-read processes, EDM, service orders, integration, conversion, and testing. Responsible for design decisions, configuration scope management, Billing/MDM/Field dependencies coordination, conversion validation, testing oversight, cutover execution, and hypercare monitoring. Delivers DM workstream plans, design packages, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, conversion validation results, cutover checklists, hypercare metrics, and KT materials. Critical capabilities include SAP IS-U DM/EDM expertise, meter-to-cash understanding, service order management, AMI/field integrations, team leadership, and defect/readiness governance.
