Job Description
Position Title : Site Manager
Location : Camp Mackall, NC, Fort Bragg, NC
Clearance required : SECRET
Scope of Work: Provides on-site management and OPCEN coordination for assessment, selection, and qualification course exercises, serving as scenario lead so each training event runs to the desired outcome.

Qualifications

Scope of Work: Provides on-site management and OPCEN coordination for assessment, selection, and qualification course exercises, serving as scenario lead so each training event runs to the desired outcome.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage exercise execution and serve as OPCEN representative for coordination.
- Supervise role players and support scenario development.
- Coordinate with cadre for SF or Civil Affairs course events.
Qualifications
- For SFQC support: ex-Special Forces NCO of Sergeant First Class or higher, warrant/commissioned officer, SME on unconventional warfare
- For CA course support: ex-Civil Affairs NCO of Sergeant First Class or higher, or commissioned officer, SME on civil affairs
- United States citizenship required (legally documented aliens only per AR 25-2 approval)
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Active Secret clearance required
