Description:
Our client seeks a Mid-to-Senior Level ServiceNow ITAM Developer to design, develop, implement, and enhance enterprise asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow platforms, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and integration with various systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide technical solutions
• Integrate ITAM solutions with existing systems and platforms
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITAM solutions
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment phases
• Maintain documentation for all solutions developed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules and functionalities
• Experience with integration tools and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP)
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and asset management best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based ServiceNow deployments
• Knowledge of CMDB and discovery processes
• Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Clearance: Public Trust clearance may be required for certain clients.

Work Location: Remote
