Our client seeks a Mid-to-Senior Level ServiceNow ITAM Developer to design, develop, implement, and enhance enterprise asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow platforms, IT asset management best practices, and strong coding skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions to meet business requirements
- Customize and configure ServiceNow ITAM modules to align with organizational needs
- Integrate ITAM solutions with other enterprise systems and applications
- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and business rules within ServiceNow
- Perform data analysis and reporting to provide insights on asset utilization and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture
- Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and security standards
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITAM-related issues
- Participate in system testing, deployment, and documentation activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platforms, specifically ITAM modules
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, GlideRecord)
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations
- Strong understanding of IT asset management processes and best practices
- Experience with data modeling, reporting, and analytics within ServiceNow
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Professional)
- Experience with cloud-based ServiceNow deployments
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management principles
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
