Overview:
Our client seeks an IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist to deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training, develop training materials, and manage knowledge bases. This hybrid role requires expertise in creating engaging training content and facilitating both live and virtual sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training sessions for end-users
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules
• Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base for IT procedures and troubleshooting
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, adapting content to audience needs
• Collaborate with IT staff to identify training needs and develop relevant curriculum
• Assess trainee progress and adjust training approaches as needed
• Maintain training records and generate reports on training effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT training or knowledge management
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training
• Strong understanding of IT systems and common user challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred
• Knowledge of knowledge base management best practices
