Location: Alexandria, VA

Work Type: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site in Alexandria, VA. The first 30 days of work will be full-time on-site in Alexandria, VA.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Operations Lead to join our team. This role is critical for managing and enhancing our cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring the protection of our systems and data.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the cybersecurity operations team.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies.
• Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security measures.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
• Proven experience in managing cybersecurity teams.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Experience with government or defense sector cybersecurity requirements.
