- You will advise on matters of a functional, technical, and administrative nature in both structured and unstructured situations.
- You will use strong organizational skills to effectively, efficiently, and economically manage tasking and fluent skills in the utilization of scheduling, presentation, and office technology.
- You will develop and review standard operating procedure guides and processes for customers and internal staff and executive management review.
- You will be responsible for centralized receiving, receipt inspection/receipt control, custody storage, general storage and warehousing.
- You will be responsible for issue and transfers, including centralized shop stores, transportation/traffic management/shipping/local package routing functions to include pick-up and delivery.
- You will be responsible for Courier Service/Transportation Discrepancy Reports (TDR's), Care of Supplies ln Store (COSIS), Kitting, physical inventory accuracy, location audits, and shelf-life management.
- You will assists the warehouse higher graded Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or supervisor with OMandS program management.
- You will perform warehouse and administrative functions to facilitate Fleet logistics.
- You will develop technical solutions and methods of delivery; assesses effectiveness and efficiency of work processes.
- You will measure OMandS status using a variety of locally developed metrics and determines effectiveness in achieving application goals and objectives.
- You will provide technical direction or coordinate with NSWCCD OMandS Lead, Unit Manager, and Branch Head on all matters related to site Navy ERP issues and corrective actions.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
