TQI Solutions is currently seeking a SharePoint Administrator to support our customer at Navy Yard in Washington DC. This position requires onsite support, with remote flexibility 1-2 days a week. In this role you will support the Navy's Field Support Activity (FSA)/Budget Support Office (BSO) which provides budget reporting and analysis to support Navy HQ OPNAV and is looking for a SharePoint administrator to support, implement, and maintain their SharePoint migration. The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the migration of content and data from legacy systems to their cloud-based SharePoint sites. This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, migration tools, and best practices for a seamless transition with minimal disruption to organizational operations. Additionally, this role will support knowledge and data management for command through integration with broader suite of Microsoft Power Platform tools that connects data and files with structured and automated data flows. This is a high-visibility role and will require strong engagement and presentation skills with Navy customers.

The estimated salary range for this role is $87,000-$95,000 per year. Final compensation is dependent upon the candidate's skills, qualifications, contract-specific guidelines, and geographic location. Responsibilities:

• Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools

• Proficient in SharePoint custom design and development of databases

• Proficient in SharePoint document management (Including understanding how to build and manage large document libraries)

• Proficient in building SharePoint sub sites with large libraries

• Experience with SharePoint integration with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Office 365, Web parts, SharePoint apps

• Proficient in website scripting languages and framework

• Proficient in testing and debugging capabilities

• Experience with cloud-based technology

• Experience with SharePoint migration

• Ability to develop, test, and implement enhancements to optimize SharePoint Solutions

• Ability to document current state issues and processes.

General Experience : Strategy, Transformation at Scale, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, USN Subject Matter Expertise Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Business/Economics, Marketing and Public Affairs, Communications, Complex Problem Solving, Analytics, & Graphics Support.

Specific Experience : Data Science, Data Visualization (e.g., Qlik/Tableau), User Experience/Interface Design, Data & Systems Engineering (e.g., Databricks and Trifacta).

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret security clearance. Candidates must be eligible for a background investigation.
