Job Description:
In this Oracle Training Job Aid Support - Analyst role, you will play a key part in supporting the Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead by developing comprehensive training content for Oracle ERP and EPM systems. Your responsibilities will include conducting training needs analysis, designing and delivering engaging training content, and utilizing Oracle Guided Learning to create detailed process guides.
You will be expected to leverage a variety of training tools and methodologies to ensure users are equipped to navigate Oracle Cloud applications effectively. Exposure to Oracle Cloud, Oracle ERP, and EPM platforms and/or ERP in general will be highly beneficial, as will familiarity with training development tools such as digital adoption platforms.
Experience in training delivery, content creation, and administration within large-scale enterprise environments will help you excel. Demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning new systems and processes will be essential for success in this dynamic and collaborative setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead in developing training content for Oracle ERP and EPM modules.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials using Oracle Guided Learning and other training tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure training content aligns with business processes.
- Assist in the administration and coordination of training sessions, including scheduling and tracking participation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Take initiative to stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and best practices in training and development. Provide ongoing support and recommendations for training post go-live.
