Summary:
• Develop Java-based software capabilities utilizing modern frameworks such as Spring, RESTful web services, and microservices architecture.
• Integrate advanced agentic AI workflows and autonomous coding agents for multi-file code implementation, codebase refactoring, and automated test generation.
• Collaborate within an Agile software lifecycle utilizing Linux operating systems, cloud technologies, and modern database solutions.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $224k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based software capabilities and enterprise RESTful web services.
• Incorporate next-generation AI coding agents into daily workflows to accelerate feature delivery, testing, and refactoring.
• Manage context across multi-repository application architectures and audit agent-generated code for security, performance, and standards alignment.
• Utilize configuration management and build tools including Git, Maven, and Nexus in a Linux environment.
• Support integration with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure and distributed NoSQL databases and search engines like Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum team ceremonies, sprint planning, and collaborative problem-solving.
Telework:
This position supports a hybrid work arrangement requiring an average of 1-2 days per week on-site.
