Currently, Recro is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Dedicated Survey Technician join our team in McLean VA (with required travel to all Northern VA sites).

Responsibilities:
- Review engineering designs and conduct site surveys to determine project scope, technical requirements, and required materials.
- Develop accurate Bills of Material (BOMs) and coordinate with Procurement and Requirements Managers to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Estimate labor hours and develop Level of Effort (LOE) projections to support project planning and requirements.
- Collaborate directly with customers to define and validate scopes of work, technical requirements, priorities, and project expectations.
- Coordinate with installation and documentation teams to ensure accurate project implementation, technical compliance, and completion of required documentation.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and status reports to senior personnel while providing leadership and support to engineering teams; maintain flexibility to support critical project needs and time-sensitive requests.
- Local travel will be required between customer buildings throughout Northern VA, areas of Central MD and areas of DC. Temporary assignment to an alternate location in support of special projects may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience, an Associate's Degree with 4+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Experience using cable testers, AutoCAD, ticketing systems, and schematic capture tools.
- Knowledge of component compatibility, transmission media, and system interconnection requirements.
- Ability to evaluate and select appropriate components based on technical requirements, cost, and space limitations.
- Ability to interpret and support technical designs, schematics, and infrastructure requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- DoD 8570 IAM III certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM.
- Prior experience managing projects from mid-high complexity.
- ITIL v4 or v5 certification
Work Schedule
- 8-hour shift as part of a coverage team operating between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Shift may need to flex given requirements.
