Signal Processing Engineer

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum five (5) years of Principal-level experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
• Experience with containerization technologies, experience developing and implementing digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms (e.g., FFT, beamforming, spectral analysis), experience in prototyping algorithms in MATLAB, Python, C, or C++.
• Experience integrating signal processing software with hardware sensor arrays.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Desired Experience:

• Eight (8) or more years of Principal-level experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems, sonar signal processing, or underwater acoustics.
• Five (5) years of experience using microservices architecture and API design using interfaces, protocols, and data formatting.

Security Clearance:  Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active government security clearance.
