Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead data modernization and systems engineering initiatives utilizing Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Define technical requirements, guide software engineering teams, and oversee Git workflows.
• Architect and support dataflow pipelines and SIGINT operations utilizing Apache NiFi, Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $250k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Apply systems engineering principles throughout the full system lifecycle, including Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement.
• Maintain responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work across ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
• Perform stakeholder requirements definition, requirements analysis, architectural design, implementation, and system integration.
• Architect, monitor, and optimize customer dataflow pipelines using Apache NiFi and related technologies.
• Facilitate project planning, configuration management, risk management, and decision management across cross-functional teams.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, Git, and GitLab to manage Agile sprint cadences and source control workflows.
