Summary:
• Experienced Systems Administrator responsible for administering and maintaining enterprise Linux and VMware environments.
• Ensures seamless IT service management by adhering to standard ITIL frameworks.
• Maintains system integrity and security compliance in alignment with DoD 8570 IAT Level II standards.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 15+ years
• Total Compensation: $299k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Administer, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and VMware virtualization platforms.
• Deliver IT service management solutions following ITIL frameworks to support operational continuity.
• Maintain and enforce DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliance through routine system maintenance and security controls.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex infrastructure and operating system issues.
• Perform routine performance monitoring, patching, and capacity planning across all supported platforms.
