Job Description
Position Title : Audio Visual (AV) / Video Teleconference (VTC) Technician
Location : Fort Benning, GA
Clearance required : SECRET
Scope of Work: Provides secure and non-secure AV/VTC customer support services for the VTC bridge and 100+ suites across the Fort Benning campus and off-site locations, including requirements determination, upgrades, troubleshooting, and installation.

Scope of Work: Provides secure and non-secure AV/VTC customer support services for the VTC bridge and 100+ suites across the Fort Benning campus and off-site locations, including requirements determination, upgrades, troubleshooting, and installation.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Determine VTC suite upgrade requirements and provide Bills of Materials and Statements of Work.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and the Fort Benning NEC for CODEC connectivity and network compliance.
- Provide secure and non-secure support for the VTC bridge and 100+ suites, including off-site locations.
- Maintain a VTC suite tracking database and provide monthly updates to the COR.
- Troubleshoot, update, and test VTC equipment to maintain operational status; respond within 30 minutes to priority requests.
- Perform VTC and A/V suite installation (televisions, speakers, CODEC, cameras, cabling).
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience providing support for government networks
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
- Active SECRET clearance in good standing on the first day of the contract
