As a Reliability Availability and Maintainability Program (RAMP) Project Engineer, you'll drive performance of F-22 Sustainment initiatives, ensuring mission-critical aircraft remain safe, dependable, and ready for any challenge. You will lead the execution of reliability and maintainability analyses, test plans, and improvement actions to keep the F-22 fleet flying at peak performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the planning, integration and execution of RAMP engineering projects to collectively drive continuous improvement across the F-22 sustainment life-cycle
- Develop and maintain a baseline plan, track progress against milestones, manage overall cost and schedule performance, and present status to both executive internal and customer leadership for each project
- Ensure project compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications
- Plan and facilitate regular reviews and issue-resolution sessions to resolve engineering design and test problems, drive execution, and mitigate risks and delays
- Manage supplier technical development and engineering integration activities

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, or a related STEM field
- 8+ years of engineering and/or project management experience on aerospace or defense programs
- Experience effectively communicating status and challenges to multi-disciplined engineering teams, senior executives, and external customers
- Willing to travel up to 10%
- Final SECRET Security Clearance
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with USAF modification program requirements to include documentation, TCTOs, kits, tooling, and special test equipment
- Experience with F-22 sustainment teams and processes to include engineering assistance requests and inspection requirements
- Working knowledge of systems engineering processes and vehicle/avionics systems and their operation
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), Control Account Manager (CAM) tools and processes, and Risk & Opportunity Management
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and problem solving skills
- Experience working in classified environments
