We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Intelligence Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in intelligence planning, with a focus on supporting strategic and operational-level planning processes. This role requires an individual who can effectively integrate intelligence products into comprehensive plans, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and resource constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain intelligence plans that support strategic and operational objectives.
• Coordinate with intelligence analysts, planners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of intelligence products.
• Analyze complex intelligence data to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
• Prepare briefings and reports for senior leadership, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
• Lead intelligence planning teams in high-pressure environments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Foster collaboration across functional areas to enhance the quality and relevance of intelligence support.
• Stay current with emerging threats and intelligence methodologies to continuously improve planning processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in intelligence planning, with a focus on strategic and operational-level support.
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex intelligence plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize diverse information into actionable intelligence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience briefing senior leadership.
• Familiarity with intelligence community tools and systems.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a joint, multi-domain operations environment.
• Knowledge of current intelligence community policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing intelligence planning teams.
