Position Title : Assessment Analyst
Location : MacDill AFB, FL.
Clearance required : SECRET clearance minimum, with eligibility for TS/SCI
Scope of Work: Provides Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation services for CCPA, analyzing CENTCOM media and social media interactions to inform and refine communication strategies.

Scope of Work: Provides Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation services for CCPA, analyzing CENTCOM media and social media interactions to inform and refine communication strategies.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Conduct data analysis using statistical and qualitative methods to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies, frameworks, and methodologies aligned with operational goals.
- Use assessment tools such as surveys, questionnaires, and evaluation protocols to collect valid and reliable data.
- Collaborate with program managers, decision makers, and DoW stakeholders to present findings and implement improvements.
- Provide timely, actionable feedback to CENTCOM leadership to support process adjustments.
- Provide real-time analytical support during crises or emergent events.
Qualifications
- Secret clearance at time of award, with eligibility for TS/SCI
- U.S. citizenship; fluent English
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in assessment, data analysis, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in assessment methodologies, data collection, and statistical analysis techniques
- Familiarity with OSD Policy-issued AM&E guidance, templates, and frameworks
- Proven ability to present data in clear, actionable formats with recommendations for improvement
