Position Title : TCA Program Analyst
Location : Doral, FL
Clearance required : SECRET
Scope of Work: Performs and oversees financial services and customer support functions for the Traditional Commander Activities (TCA) Program, managing a portfolio of Sponsors across Central/South America, the Caribbean, and Regional Centers within CTIMS. Analyzes a broad spectrum of requirements in a high-optempo environment.

Scope of Work: Performs and oversees financial services and customer support functions for the Traditional Commander Activities (TCA) Program, managing a portfolio of Sponsors across Central/South America, the Caribbean, and Regional Centers within CTIMS. Analyzes a broad spectrum of requirements in a high-optempo environment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Advise operating personnel and supervisors within the TCA Program.
- Review and analyze TCA Concept Papers for compliance with TCA guidelines and policy; contact Sponsors for required information.
- Track workflow of Concepts in CTIMS and respond to Foreign Disclosure Office and Staff Judge Advocate questions within 24 hours.
- Train Bilateral Affairs Officers, TCA POCs, SCHQ Directorates, Components, National Guard SPP, and other stakeholders on the TCA Program, CTIMS, and DTS.
- Review policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency; analyze and administer CTIMS, GFEBS, and DTS.
- Maintain an active GFEBS account, create Purchase Requests, and verify release of funding for each event.
- Reconcile DTS vouchers monthly, track outstanding vouchers, and assist non-CAC holders with DTS.
- Advise the TCA Program Manager on Joint Travel Regulation changes and research travel inquiries.
- Maintain the TCA Program Analyst SOP and brief at TCA Conferences.
Qualifications
- Four (4) years of financial management experience in banking, financial transactions, and/or program analysis
- In-depth knowledge of CTIMS; knowledge of GFEBS and DTS
- Education: A baccalaureate degree in any field with 24 credit hours in accounting, law, business, or finance
