Schedule
Full-Time. Core hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Minimum 2 days on-site per week, up to 3 days telework, after a mandatory 2-month full-time on-site acclimation period.

Must be able to pass a criminal history check and fingerprinting, and be issued a USCP identification/access badge, prior to starting work.

About the Role

What You'll Do
- Assist with budget preparation, contract closeout, procurement requests, payments, and reconciliations.
- Track and report on budget status.
- Validate invoices and respond to financial inquiries.
- Work with managers and teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with established processes.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of federal budget management and execution experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Federal financial certifications.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Agile and statistical tools such as Tableau.
