Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties:Writing and implementing efficient code using languages and frameworks such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue, or React; Designing, implementing, and managing software applications throughout the full development lifecycle; Analyzing legacy systems and migrate them to modern architectures to improve performance and ensure system reliability; Developing and maintaining backend services and database structures using Oracle, MySQL, or other relational database management systems; Maintaining, debugging, and troubleshooting applications to resolve operational issues; Working closely with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to other developers; Utilizing version control systems and configuration management practices, such as Git and CI/CD pipelines, to track software changes and ensure predictable delivery; Developing applications with cybersecurity in mind, including implementing secure coding practices and resolving vulnerabilities; and Gathering, translating, and interpreting functional business requirements into technical design specifications for software development. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.

- You will lead an application development team through the life cycle of an application's development and manage the first half of the application's life cycle process.
- You will plan and deliver a full range of customer support services during the development life cycle.
- You will support the maintenance of existing application software and provided avenues for development of new additions or modification of existing application software.
