Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Processing personnel recruitment actions, onboarding new employees, maintaining and providing HR Data reports to leadership and hiring managers, and assisting customers with HR-related issues, such as personnel, pay and benefits.

- You will work with selecting officials/managers to recruit for a full range of commonly filled positions, and provide input and guidance on a range of hiring authorities.
- You will analyze applications and makes basic qualifications determinations for a full range of commonly filled positions.
- You will interpret regulations, policies, and directives, and use good judgment to provide accurate pay setting guidance.
- You will respond to visitors and caller inquiries by furnishing information concerning a variety of programs and employment entitlements.
- You will maintain organization charts, verify organization data and structures, reflect accurate number of positions by title, series, grade, position number and various coding designations.
- You will coordinate, research, and identify entitlements in connection with employee permanent change of station (PCS) moves.
- You will prepare miscellaneous documents and perform support services, such as ordering supplies, scanning documents, etc..
- You will use personal computer, word processing and other office automation equipment and various software programs to create, edit, retrieve and print variety of documents; produce correspondence; create or maintain spreadsheets or databases.
