Top Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering, preferably within automotive or high-volume manufacturing sectors
- Expertise in lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and workplace ergonomics
- Proficiency in manufacturing process planning, equipment implementation, AutoCAD, and process FMEA
