Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer deployments, integrations, and solution delivery.
- Collaborate with customer teams to understand workflows, operational challenges, and mission requirements.
- Design, develop, and customize software using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Build automation, data pipelines, dashboards, and tailored features to meet customer needs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in real time, providing durable solutions.
- Partner with product engineering to communicate customer feedback and improvement opportunities.
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks.
- Train and mentor customer technical staff and administrators.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
- Support technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept, and solution scoping activities.
Top Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on development experience with Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud-based and distributed systems
- Experience working directly with customers, gathering requirements, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep)
