Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or comparable enterprise technology delivery leader.
- Experience managing enterprise Pega application development or enhancement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SAFe, SDLC, and DevOps methodologies and delivery practices.
- Advanced Scrum Master capabilities with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team accountability.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps for project tracking, backlog management, tasks, defects, reporting, and delivery governance.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring cross-functional IT project teams.
- Experience developing and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop detailed business requirements documents and user stories.
- Experience partnering with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into executable delivery plans.
