Position Description:
Join our team as a Landscape Technician in Greensburg, IN, and contribute to maintaining beautiful landscaped areas in a commercial setting. This full-time role offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work outdoors on engaging projects. The position is initially for 8-12 weeks with the potential to transition into a PRN/on-call role for snow events afterward. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining landscape equipment, performing debris removal, weed control, and seasonal activities such as mulching and winter assignments. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Top Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of experience with landscape maintenance equipment
- Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape tools safely and efficiently
- Commercial Pesticide Applicator's License preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and safety policies effectively
- Strong communication skills for reporting and small group interactions
