Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Communications Engineer supporting advanced PLEO (Proliferated Low Earth Orbit) communication systems. In this role, you will leverage your engineering expertise to design, evaluate, and improve complex military communication systems that enhance warfighter capabilities. You will be responsible for managing the Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process, collaborating with OEMs to incorporate cutting-edge technologies, and analyzing system designs to optimize performance and integration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to mission-critical projects supporting national security, working closely with cross-disciplinary engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for future defense platforms.

Top Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in communications or systems engineering
- Knowledge of PLEO communication systems, including Link-16, TTNT, Link-22, etc.
- Secret clearance required; Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Experience with systems integration challenges and working with OEMs
- Familiarity with the SETR process and Navy communication systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to improve system performance and integration
