Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as the Electrical Design Regional Manager overseeing regional electrical engineering operations for a leading organization in the life science sector. This hybrid role based in Conshohocken, PA, offers the opportunity to lead a talented team of approximately 20 engineers and designers across multiple projects. You will coordinate with clients, develop staffing plans, manage project estimates, and ensure the delivery of innovative electrical systems designed to meet complex life science facility requirements. As a key leader, you'll drive strategic initiatives, foster professional development, and contribute to the successful execution of multi-disciplinary projects, all while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Top Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; Master's degree preferred but not required
• Minimum of 15 years practical experience in electrical engineering and design, focusing on building electrical systems within life science or campus facilities
• Proven expertise in medium and low voltage power systems, large UPS/generator systems, lighting, grounding, and heat trace design
• Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Revit software and electrical design tools
• Extensive experience collaborating with life science clients and electrical professionals in multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience managing teams of engineers and designers, including monitoring performance and supporting professional growth
• Ability to develop project staffing estimates and execute complex design projects effectively City/State: Conshohocken, PA Note: This position is on-site with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring presence in the office three days a week.
