Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead systems engineering efforts within an Agile and DevOps environment to automate workflows and optimize operations.
• Formulate system requirements, draft concepts of operations, conduct trade studies, and define software interface specifications.
• Maintain IT system infrastructure across Linux and Windows platforms, performing Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting, configuration, and monitoring.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $290k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Plan and provide technical direction for full lifecycle systems engineering efforts using Agile and DevOps principles.
• Analyze user needs, develop concept of operations documents, and establish high-level system requirements and design alternatives.
• Architect and implement Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions and conduct trade analyses to optimize lifecycle performance.
• Maintain baseline configuration control for evolving hardware, software, and system documentation.
• Configure, deploy, and administer Linux and Windows operating systems, ensuring system integrity and reliability.
• Diagnose, monitor, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 operational issues across client, server, storage, and network devices.
• Plan and execute comprehensive system verification, testing, and integration activities.
