Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead systems engineering and agile development teams as a Technical Task Order Lead and Scrum Master.
• Direct system architecture, requirements analysis, integration, and testing across complex hardware and software components.
• Leverage AWS cloud platforms, maintain technical Confluence documentation, conduct trade analyses, and manage risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $333k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Serve as the primary Systems Engineering lead for the Agile development team, guiding system architecture, design, integration, and execution.
• Provide Scrum Master support by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring efficient team workflows.
• Direct requirements elicitation, analysis, functional allocation, systems requirements reviews, and end-to-end flow analysis.
• Utilize AWS and cloud environments for architecture, migration, and hands-on configuration.
• Develop Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions and architectural views using applicable DoDAF standards.
• Conduct and approve end-to-end system trade analyses, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), and system design alternatives.
• Utilize validated models, simulations, and prototyping to mitigate risk and optimize system performance.
• Maintain configuration control of hardware and software components, serving as an active member of the Configuration Control Board (CCB).
• Identify technical risks, establish mitigation strategies and workarounds, and monitor progress using earned value management (EVM) data.
• Mentor and coach junior systems engineers while providing leadership across technical and programmatic activities.
• Prepare, review, and deliver technical documentation, status reports, and formal briefings for program stakeholders.
