Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead systems and network engineering efforts to design, implement, and integrate complex data networks in support of cloud network operations.
• Analyze customer requirements, architect network infrastructure, configure advanced Cisco routing and switching hardware, and maintain robust network management protocols and failover solutions.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $290k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Perform end-to-end network engineering, architectural design, implementation, and integration of new systems to meet mission needs.
• Plan and lead systems engineering and network engineering activities across the full lifecycle.
• Provide detailed specifications and architectural schematics, selecting optimal hardware and tools for current and future capacity.
• Configure and maintain Cisco networking hardware, including Nexus 9k series, Catalyst series, and ASR routers.
• Implement solutions for load-balancing, VPNs, GRE tunnels, MPLS, NAT, and network firewall contexts.
• Design and implement network failover solutions and conduct redundancy testing across network equipment.
