Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead Agile software development projects across the full lifecycle, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and daily scrums using Jira.
• Facilitate project management, requirements analysis, risk management, and system accreditation under ICD-503 to attain ATO.
• Coordinate cloud-based solutions across AWS and Azure, guide UI/UX and wireframing efforts, and direct software testing and deployments.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 8+ years
• Total Compensation: $253k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Manage project lifecycles and software development activities adhering to Lean Agile methodologies, participating in sprints, grooming, and scrums.
• Oversee Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product integration and software enhancements within budget and timeline requirements.
• Support systems enabling search across structured and unstructured datasets, federating external queries, and organizing organizational documents.
• Facilitate the incorporation of machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities for advanced content discovery and predictive analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to architect, right-size, and scale cloud services across target AWS and Azure environments.
• Navigate security accreditation processes under ICD-503 frameworks to mitigate vulnerabilities and support ATO requirements.
• Guide UI/UX design decisions by creating wireframes, mockups, and user stories while maintaining continuous feedback loops with stakeholders.
• Execute functional and performance testing, deliver software modifications, and provide operations and maintenance support.
