Analytic Facilitator and Trainer, Senior
The Opportunity:
Modern Space Force missions demand instructional precision, advanced technical fluency, and the ability to convert complex operational concepts into training that produces highly capable, mission ready Guardians. As a Senior Analytic Facilitator and Trainer, you'll empower Component Field Commands through advanced course develop ment, instructor led training, curriculum modernization, outreach support, and structured training administration that directly strengthens national security operations.
You'll apply senior level instructional design expertise, mission focused analysis, and deep proficiency in Space Based Moving Target Indicators ( SB MTI ) workflows to design, update, and deliver training across the SB MTI Operator's Course, C FLDCOM / CCMD outreach events, and CHAMP hosted online modules. You'll leverage ADDIE, adult learning science, and domain expertise to generate lesson plans, instructor guides, assessment banks, student materials, and high-fidelity Unreal Engine 5 ( UE5 ) visualizations that simplify complex orbital, sensor, and MTI concepts.
You will support all phases of training lifecycle management, baseline develop ment, online module deployment in CHAMP, NCR instructor support, outreach instruction, configuration-controlled updates, readiness tracking integration, and operational coordination across recurring Space Force working groups. As a senior team member, you'll provide elevated technical guidance, quality assurance, and cross functional recommendations that enhance mission training pipelines, while collaborating closely with the Training Lead to execute program requirements.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Experience leading portions of course develop ment or instructional delivery under met hodologies such as ADDIE
- Experience assessing reporting trends, evaluating course performance, or validating learning-objective alignment
- Experience develop ing and maintaining course materials such as lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, critiques, and training records
- Experience updating curriculum under configuration control or Government review cycles
- Knowledge of Intelligence Community ( IC ) and DoD classification guidelines
- Knowledge of ISR collection capabilities, sensor limitations, SB-MTI phenomenology, MTI processing chains, or geospatial analysis workflows
- Ability to produce concise, technically accurate training documents, assessments, instructor materials, and mission-focused reports
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, operational training, ISR mission support, or Space Force operations, or 11+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, operational training, ISR mission support, or Space Force operations in lieu of degree
Nice If You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in ISR operations, intelligence instruction, Space Force training, or multi domain intelligence support
- Experience as a military or agency instructor, trainer, evaluator, or course develop er
- Experience with CHAMP or other learning management environments ( LMS )
- Experience with SB MTI, MTI processing, GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, or Space Operations TTPs
- Experience applying structured analytic techniques to evaluate assumptions, biases, or competing hypotheses
- Experience develop ing structured research and organizing instructional or technical content within DoD or IC security protocols
- Experience develop ing UE5 or other high-fidelity visualizations for instructional use preferred
- Ability to apply instructional design principles, including ADDIE, to design new curriculum or modernize existing courseware
- Ability to evaluate multiple sources of data, develop testing instruments, and defend analytic or pedagogical decisions
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
