Job Description
Agensys is seeking a Logistics Fielding Specialist to support the HHS Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) program in Atlanta, GA.
The Strategic National Stockpile maintains approximately $13 billion in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, PPE, medical supplies, and equipment used to support public health emergency response throughout the United States.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide logistics coordination and documentation support for supplies, equipment, and medical materials used in response to biological, chemical, and radiological incidents.
- Support Government-led Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) activities, including data compilation, directed inspections, and written observations.
- Support planning, provisioning requirements, acquisition tracking, distribution documentation, and accountability of medical materials.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare reports identifying logistical considerations and potential limitations.
- Support deployment and distribution of supplies and equipment.
- Provide technical supply support for ongoing projects.
- Process and maintain automated records related to storage, issue, QA/QC, Shelf Life Extension Program (SLEP) tracking, and disposal.
- Monitor alerts from remote monitoring devices supporting nationwide operations and notify designated Government personnel of issues.
- Perform basic telecommunications system checks and coordinate troubleshooting with technical personnel.
- Conduct visual inspections of temperature-monitoring equipment.
- Utilize testing equipment, including calibrated thermometers and analog phone-line test sets.
- Maintain documentation supporting regulatory requirements, including cGMP.
- Support Drop Ship (DS) and Drop Ship with Personnel (DSP) activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 7 years of related experience.
- Experience supporting supply chain operations systems.
- Ability to handle requests from multiple groups and organizations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively during critical or stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer-service skills.
- Experience working in a call center/team-based environment.
- Ability to meet the position's 24/7 on-call requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting a Government agency.
- Section 508 Compliance knowledge.
