Job Description
Agensys is seeking a Data Entry Specialist / Logistics Assistant to support the HHS Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) program in Atlanta, GA.
The Strategic National Stockpile maintains a national inventory of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, medical supplies, and medical equipment used to support public health emergency response. The SNS inventory is valued at approximately $13 billion.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Enter inventory transaction data into Government-designated inventory management systems.
- Review source documentation for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, transaction errors, and system-related issues.
- Compile inventory reports and system-generated data extracts.
- Perform data verification and conversion activities.
- Support Repository Managers by compiling workload data and preparing reports.
- Enter and verify product information, including descriptions, lot/serial numbers, expiration dates, units of measure, storage locations, National Drug Codes (NDCs), and part numbers.
- Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy supporting documentation.
- Support Government-led Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities.
- Analyze repository-level logistics data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain transaction records associated with asset movement and storage.
- Support documentation for stored pharmaceutical assets.
- Assist with expedited and emergency shipment documentation.
- Support documentation and tracking for biological products requiring cold-chain management.
- Maintain records supporting applicable regulatory standards, including cGMP.
- Apply knowledge of supply and logistics processes to analyze transaction data.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers regarding shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory discrepancies.
- Provide on-call documentation and data-entry support for emergency shipment transactions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and experience supporting supply chain operations systems.
- Ability to be on-call 24/7, respond to mission alerts within 15 minutes, and report to the designated location within 90 minutes.
- Ability to handle requests from multiple groups and organizations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively during critical or stressful situations.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer-service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting a Government agency.
- Oracle systems experience.
